Ford Says Adiós to Mexican Factory

Ford is crossing out arrangements to manufacture another plant in Mexico. It will put $700 million in Michigan rather, making 700 new U.S. occupations.

Ford CEO Mark Fields called the move “a vote of certainty” in Trump, yet basically a reaction to a decrease in North American interest for little autos like those that would have been made at the Mexican plant. He said Ford would have settled on a similar choice regardless of the possibility that Trump had not been chosen.
